Clymer Volunteer
Fire Company, as appointed by the President, utilizes many committees
to manage and organize the affairs of the the fire company.
Listed below are the currently appointed public committees and their

| Membership |
The
Secretary of the fire company delivers all applications for
membership to this committee
for investigation of the applicant.
The committee will meet with, investigate, and recommend
whether the fire company shall accept the applicant into the
fire company. This
committee also works closely with the Public Relations/Fire
Prevention committee to recruit new members to the ranks of the
fire company. |

| Public
Relations / Fire Prevention |
This
committee is the official advertising and public relations
service for the fire company.
All official communications from the fire company, as
approved only by the President or Fire Chief, to any and all
media, government, public, and private persons is be coordinated
through this committee to assure a consistent and appropriate
response and message. This committee also organizes all
fire prevention activities of CVFC. |

Fundraising

Fund
Drive |
This
committee manages and organizes the annual fund drive, gun
bashes, and other fundraising efforts for the fire company. |

| Bingo |
This
committee is responsible for the management of all Bingo and
associated Bingo games.
They are responsible to assure compliance with all
applicable laws and rules. |
